摘要
目的 探讨肺癌CT动态增强特性与微血管密度 (MVD)关系。方法 收集经手术病理证实肺癌病例 3 3例。均做了CT动态增强扫描 ,获得病灶强化起始时间 (ST)、峰值时间 (PT)、强化回落时间 (DT)及强化峰值 (PH)。取手术切除标本 2 0例作抗CD3 4 单抗免疫组织化学染色 ,计数MVD。对 2 0例支气管肺癌PH与MVD作相关分析 ,并分别对腺癌及鳞癌两组MVD及ST、PT、DT、PH作统计学检验。结果 肺癌PH与MVD呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,腺癌组MVD明显高于鳞癌组 (P <0 .0 1) ,腺癌组PT小于鳞癌组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组PH、ST、DT无统计学差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论 CT动态增强特性与肺癌MVD具有相关性 。
Objective To investigate the correlation of CT enhancement and microvessel density (MVD) in primary lung cancer. Methods Thirty three cases of primary lung cancer were performed dynamic contrast enhanced CT. The enhanced start time (ST), peak height (PH), peak time (PT), and decline time (DT) were obtained. MVD was measured with anti CD 34 antibody by means of immunohistostaining the endothelial cells on the specimens of the 20 resected tumors. The correlation analysis was used to determine the relation between PH and MVD. The difference of ST,PH,PT,DT and MVD was analysed and compared between adenocarcinoma group and squamous cell carcinoma group. Results There was a linear positive correlation between the PH and MVD of lung cancer ( P <0.01).The MVD of adenocarcinoma was higher than that of squamous cell carcinoma ( P <0.01).The PT of adenocarcinoma was earlier than that of squamous cell carcinoma ( P < 0.05 ).The ST, PH, and DT of adenocarcinoma was not significantly different from that of squamous cell carcinoma (all P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The characteristics of dynamic contrast enhanced CT correlated closely with the blood supply and MVD of lung carcinoma,and might differentiate the different histological lung cancers.
