缺铁性贫血、隐性缺铁儿童血清IgG亚类及外周血T细胞亚群的改变

摘要 测定47例缺铁儿童(IDA14例,隐性缺铁33例)血清IgG亚类、P_nP_g特异性IgG亚类抗体以及外周血T细胞亚群等,发现其中28例伴IgG亚类缺陷,血清P_nP_g特异性IgG亚类抗体水平、外周血CD_4^+细胞百分率及CD_4^+/CD_g^+比值亦较正常儿童明显下降.提示儿童缺铁不仅损害了T细胞功能,也使B细胞功能明显障碍. The concentrations of immunoglobulin (Ig) G subclass,PnPs specific IgG subclass antibody and T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were measured in 47 iron deficiency children. 28 cases of IgG subclass deficiency were found. The level of serum PnPs specific IgG subclass antibody,the percentage of CD4+ cells,CD4+/CD8+ cells ratio were significantly decreased. The results suggest that the functions of T lymphocyte as well as B lymphocyte are impaired in iron deficiency children.
