摘要
习惯的好坏不仅反映着一个人道德水平的高低和人格的优劣,同时也可以体现出学校管理的方法和实效性。因为习惯具有的稳定性、自动性、下意识性、情境性等特征有可能使学生做到自我管理、自我约束,这样的结果不仅是管理的最高要求,而且是我们所要培养的人才的理想目标。
Habits, good or bad,can be not only reflect a man's moral but the effect of a school's management. It is possible for a student to manage and control himself because of the habit's characters, such as stabilization, automatism and subconsciousness. Undoubtedly, this situation is the highest request on management and the best aim of our education.
