As the main front of document propagation, libraries possess social educational function. The document propagation which is characterized with network, socialization, industrialization and glokalization , has led to social educational channels, social educational ways and social educational functions. Libraries should renew educational policies widen education ways and explore new educational means in order to keep up with times.
