摘要
本文拟定了山茱萸(Macrocarpium officinalis)成熟果实的预处理方法,以提取分离其中的有机酸、糖和维生素,经VISTA54型HPLC的层析分离,确定果实中含有酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、琥珀酸、没食子酸和熊果酸,含有D-果糖、葡萄糖、维生素A和维生素C。测出果实中含有23种微量元素,其中Ag的含量极微,Ca的相对含量特高,K、Mg相对含量亦很高。
The authors worked out the pretreatment method of ripe fruit of Ma-crocarpium officinalis in order to extract and separate the organic acids, sugars and vitamins in it. After separation with VISTA 54-HPLC, the authors found that the fruit contained tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, gallic acid, ursolic acid, D-fructose, glucose, vitamin A and vitamin C. 23 trace elements were also present, in which the content of Ag was extremely small, Ca was extraordinaryly high, contents of K, Mg were fairly high too.
