摘要
客户关系管理是现代企业商务活动的巨大信息资源 ,企业所有商务活动所需要的信息几乎都来自于客户关系管理。与此同时 ,电子商务的发展更使得 CRM对于企业有着举足轻重的意义。本文基于对电子商务中 CRM的分析 ,介绍了 CRM的内容 ,并对 CRM与电子商务的关系进行了讨论 ,指出 CRM不仅是全新的企业管理思想与技术 。
Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is a huge information resources of modern business activity,and almost all the information required in business activity comes from CRM At the same time, the development of E Commerce makes CRM more important to the corporation This article described the concept of CRM, discussed the relationship between CRM and E Commerce and at last concluded that CRM is not only a completely new management idea and skill, but is also an important part of E-Commerce
