纵观我国社会主义建设和改革开放的历史 ,党对非公有制经济的认识经历了计划经济时代的“资本主义尾巴”、改革开放初期的“社会主义公有制经济的补充”、建立社会主义市场经济体制初期的“社会主义市场经济重要组成部分”、完善社会主义市场经济体制时期的“促进我国社会生产力发展的重要力量”的变革过程。这一过程演绎出了重要的历史结论 ,那就是大力发展非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济充分发挥作用的逻辑的必然要求。

Making a general surrey to the history of our socialist construction,reform and opening,the CPC regarded the non-public ownership economy as“the tail of capitalist”at the planned economy, as the addition of the socialist public ownership at the initial stage of the reform and opening, as the most important part of the socialist market economy at the beginning of constructing the socialist economic structure,and as important strength of improving social productive forces.This transformed congnition shows that it is historical conclusion,with developing non-public ownership economy greatly is the logical inevitable demand for the socialist market economy to play a role fully.
