1989年至2001年中国财政性教育经费支出研究

Study on Educational Funds Expenditure of China From 1989 to 2001

从统计分析学的角度对中国大陆 1989年到 2 0 0 1年国家财政性教育经费支出、GDP、国家财政收入做出回顾和分析。得出结论 :三者关系中 ,国家财政性教育经费支出年增长率与国家财政收入年增长率有着更为密切的关系 ;国家财政性教育经费支出占GDP比重与国家财政收入占GDP比重有着非常显著的相关性。由此提出构建《中央财政收入法》的建议。

The article reviews and analyses the state financial educational funds expenditure,GDP and national fiscal revenues of Chinese mainland from 1989 to 2001. It draws the conclusion that among the three,the annual growth rate of the state financial educational funds expenditure and the annual growth rate of national fiscal revenues are closely related;the proportion of the state financeial educational funds expenditure in GDP and the proportion of national fiscal revenues in GDP have great relations. So the author puts forward the suggestion of constructing the law of central fiscal revenue.
