摘要
近代中国是一个广需人才的时代 ,实行人才客卿制不失为一条用才的捷径 ,但解决人才“瓶颈”问题最根本的出路还是实行人才的进口替代与国产化 ,这是由中国的国情所决定的。在推动人才进口替代方面 ,国家、个人、社团均起了相应的作用。
In face of the period when a great deal of talents were needed in modern China introducing the talents from foreign countries is a useful shortcut by which the talents can be used.However,the most fundamental way out of resolving the problem on the talent restricted strictly lies in developing the native talents,which has been decided by our national conditions.In pushing forward the talents developing for ourself,country individual and mass organization have played important roles.
