高校教师思想道德状况调查探析

振兴民族的希望在教育 ,振兴教育的希望在教师。高校教师思想政治工作任务艰巨 ,意义重大。本文在做了大量的调研工作之后完成 ,在数字和事实的背后 ,旨在把握高校教师思想道德的整体面貌和一些基本特征 ,以便有的放矢 ,扬长避短 ,趋利避害 ,更好地做好高校教师的思想政治工作 ,为高等教育发展服务。

The hope of the vitalization of nationhood lies in education. The hope of the vitalization of education lies in teachers. Therefore,the ideological work of college teachers is an arduous task with great significance. In this paper,the author,after a great deal of investigation,based on the facts and data,brings to light the general physiognomy and basic features of college teachers' ideological work in order to “show the arrow at the target”,maximizes favorable facts and minimize unfavorable ones,better serve the ideological work of college teachers and the development of higher education.
