谈学生创新能力培养的教学策略

Briefly on the Teaching Strategy for Cultivation of Students' Innovating Ability

每个儿童都有创新的潜力 ,而这种潜力的开发有赖于后天的教育和环境的影响。由于传统教育未能给儿童创新能力的开发提供合适的土壤 ,所以 ,进行创新教育 ,培养具有创新能力的人才 ,是当前我国学校实施素质教育的重点之一。创新能力的培养有其特定的方法和策略 ,笔者依据现代心理学研究的有关成果 ,提出了培养和发展学生创新能力的七大教学策略。

Each child has the potential of innovation and how to develop it well depends on the postnatal influence from education and situation. Since the traditional education can not provide children with proper and sufficient chance to open up such kind of abilities,it has become one of the priorities in quality education carried out in our country to implement innovation education and cultivate the talents with great innovating competence. There are specific methods and strategies to realize the project and the author,according to the related achievement from modern psychology study,puts forward seven teaching strategies to nurture and develop the students' innovating competence.
