在经济、文化滞后地区开展整体护理,具有区域性的特点。院领导对整体护理的重视,到全院职工的认识,取得各部门间的支持与配合,是成功开展整体护理的关键。人才准备是成功开展整体护理的基础。在全院同时开展整体护理,有利于院领导统一决策,有利于护士素质的整体提高,有利于病人在各病区享受同等服务。面对千差万别的服务对象,掌握病人需要的难度大,制定灵活的护理计划和多样的宣教方法是满足各个病人需要的保证。

There are regional characters when developing holistic nursing servic e in poor region. The recognition of the leaders, understanding of all staff and the support and cooperation of different departments are the key for successful holistic nursing. Outstanding nurses are the foundation of successful holistic nursing. Developing holistic nursing will benefit the leaders to make uniform de cision, the nurses to improve their diathesis, the patients to be serviced equiv alently in different wards. Facing different service objects and different requi rements of patients, establishing flexible nursing plans and multi-education met hods are the guarantee to meet every patient’s requirement.
