摘要
因精神科医疗护理的特殊性,在健康教育方面存在着护理人员主观能动与病人病态客观缺乏沟通与协调两大缺陷因素,致使健康教育方法和效果远低于预期目的。笔者认为,要确保健康教育在精神科有效实施,首先要提高精神科护理队伍整体素质,转变护理观念,明确护士在健康教育中的地位和作用;其次要建立科学有效的质控体系,建全制度与考核措施;再次是根据病人的不同病情特点,做到教育计划个体化。
Because of the particularity of medical treatment and nursing in madh ouse, there are two main weaknesses, communication and cooperation, in health ed ucation area between nursing staff’s subjective action and patient’s morbid ob jective and that lead health education method and effectiveness far below the pr ospective target. The author believes that in order to make health education eff ect in psychotic department, firstly, it should be improve that the integrated q uality of nurse team and we should change the nursing concept, clear the nurse’ s position and effect in health education; secondly, we should set up a scientif ic and effective quality control system, build up rules and test procedures; las tly, we should make the education become personality basing on patient’s charac ters.
