对高等学校实行校务公开的若干思考

On Exercising School Affairs Publicity in Institutions of Higher Education

近年来,高校推行的校务公开制度已成为反腐倡廉的一项重要举措,取得了显著成效。但在实施中也存在一些问题。为此,必须采取措施,完善这一制度,才能完善民主法制建设,使群众更好地行使民主监督权。

As an important measure to combat corruption, the system of school affairs publicity exercised in recent years in institutions of higher education has been effective. Problems, however, still exist. Measures should be taken to modify and perfect this system, so as to allow the public to fully exercise their rights of democratic supervision.
