速生杨树全树材化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)的研究——Ⅰ.材性与制浆 被引量:4

摘要 本文对我国引种栽培的四种速生杨树全树不同部位的木材进行了解剖性质和化学成分的比较研究,在Sprout Waldron热磨机及连续试验装置中,系统研究了全树木片CTMP及抄纸性能。研究表明:这四种速生杨及其混合材木片用碱性亚钠法(NaOH+Na_2SO_3)及烧碱蒽醌法(NaOH+AQ)预浸渍,加压热磨,一道常压精磨能获得质量满意的CTMP。用85%杨树混合材全树木片CTMP和15%漂白化学针叶木浆抄造新闻纸,除白度略低外,其余指标均达规定标准。 Fiber structure and chemical composition of wood from different parts of four fast growing poplar species, introduced from Italy were determined and compared. Pulping (CTMP) and papermaking properties of whole tree chips of each species and their mixture were sistematically studied using a pressurized primary Sproud Waldron refiner followed by atmospheric secondary KRKφ300 refiner in the pulping stage. Research results showed that when these chips were impregnated with NaOH + Na2SO3 or NaOH + AQ and then refined by the CTMP system, the pulp properties were satisfactory. Newsprint made of 85% CTMP from the four fast growing poplar species and 15% bleached chemical pulp from soft wood pocessed properties which can meet the requirements of Chinese standard except that the brightness was a little bit lower.
