摘要
简述了JL— 60 1机车走行部检测系统在我段的应用情况及检测周期的确定 ,制定了适用于牡丹江机务段DF8及DF8B型内燃机车走行部轴承较为合理的注意域门限值及解体域门限值 ,并就一些典型案例进行了分析。
Firstly,this paper introduced the application of JL—601 type locomotive bogie detecting system in Mudanjiang Locomotive Depot in brief.Then,according to the actual locomotive operation status in Mudanjiang Locomotive Depot,it described how to establish the rational warning and danger detection threshold of the bogie bearing of DF 8 and DF 8Btype locomotive.Finally,it analyzed some typical field application cases.
