摘要
本文论述了中国五倍子的质量状况;对影响五倍子质量的主要因素,如倍子成熟程度、鲜倍处理方法和贮存条件等作了探讨。
This paper deals with the quality of Chinese gallnuts of the main categories grown in various areas. Main factors affecting their quality, such as degree of maturation, drying processes of green gallnuts and storing conditions are discussed.
