摘要
在探索既符合市场经济规律又符合我国国情的企业领导体制和技术管理制度创新的过程中,必须将产权与劳权激励约束互动的制度安排摆在较突出的位置。这不仅是基层民主政治建设、经济民主建设的需要,更是将社会主义基本制度优势与市场的优势相结合的需要。
In the course of exploring a system of leadership and a structure of technical management, it should be put up in a salient position of the system of hamstring each other concerning encouragement with constraint of right to work and property right. The above-mentioned system ought to conform to the general patterns of market economy and accord with our national situation. The preceding structure is both the requirement of basic-level democratic politics construction and the needs of democratic development of economy. What is more, it is the demand of integrating the superiority of socialist system with the dominant position of market.
