摘要
近几年,职工民主管理工作遇到了一些新问题、新困难,影响了民主管理的深入开展。为了实现民主管理的新突破,应采取可行性对策,主要包括法律上保障、机制上完善、意识上培养、能力上提高、物质上支持和信息上公开。
Democratic management of staff members comes up against some new problems and difficulties in this several years. They hold up a thorough development of democratic management. In order to achieve a new breakthrough, feasibility countermeasures should be adopted. The countermeasures consist of legal protection, development of democratic consciousness, improvement of competence, material support and public information.
