Design of Guangdong Freeway Operation and Management Information System

文章针对目前广东省高速公路运营管理中实际存在的问题 ,在分析广东省高速公路运营管理信息系统的现状和需求的基础上 ,阐述了其子系统组成和数据特点 ,提出了基于综合信息平台的设计方案和软件结构 ,实现了对广东省高速公路网的统一规划、统一管理 ,加强了高速公路管理部门之间的工作协调性 ,并为决策部门提供决策支持 ,实现信息资源的共享和综合利用。

According to the present situation and problems of freeway's operation and management in Guangdong province, this paper presents a design scheme and the software structure based on studying the sub-systems and data characteristics. The scheme is based on the analysis of present situation and its requirements, and on a comprehensive information platform. This information system can unify the network's planning and management, improve the cooperation among every management departments, provide decision support, and also achieve a comprehensive utilization and share of information resources.
