摘要
地方政府创新是政府改革的焦点。各级地方政府在遵循中央的统一领导下 ,在地方官员选拔 ,地方政府管理理念、管理方式 ,地方政府职能转变等方面进行了一系列的创新 ,取得了显著成效。
The innovation of local government is the focus of government reform. Lead by the central government,local government at different level have carried out a series of innovation about selection of local government officer,administrative ideal and pattern,transforming of local government function, and have made more progress.
