肝移植术后应用重组生长激素对急性排斥反应的影响

Effects of rhGH on acute rejection of the liver transplantation

目的 探讨临床肝移植术后早期应用rhGH对排斥反应的影响。方法 对 30例肝移植患者随机抽取其中 15例作为观察组 ,15例作为对照组 ,观察组于术后第 1天开始连续 7d每天 1次皮下注射重组人生长激素10u ,其他治疗与对照组相同。术后 1,4 ,8,14d测定免疫学指标及临床观察。结果 观察组血清GH及IGF - 1水平较对照组显著升高 (n=15 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,同时两组血清IgG ,IgM ,IgA ,IL - 2水平CD4 /CD8值及急性排斥发生率差异均无显著性 (n=15 ,P >0 0 5 )。结论 观察组与对照组的细胞免疫与体液免疫指标及急性排斥发生率差异无显著性。

Objective To observe the effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on acute rejection of the liver transplantation. Methods 30 recipients of liver transplantation were divided into two groups: GH group(n=15) and control group(n=15). GH group received subcutaneous rhGH 10 u daily for 7 days after transplantation in addition to same treatment the control group. Immunological and rejectional parameters were compared between two groups. Results Within 2 weeks of treatment, serum levels of GH and IGF-1 were significantly higher in GH group than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences serum levels of IgG, IgM, IgA, IL-2, CD4/CD8 and the rate of acute rejection between the two groups.Conclusion GH has no significant impact on acute rejection of liver transplantation.
