类风湿关节炎与sICAM-1相关性的临床研究

目的 :通过对类风湿关节炎 (RA)患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)变化规律的观察 ,探讨sICAM - 1在RA发病中的作用 ,研究sICAM - 1与病情活动指标间的关系。方法 :采用ELISA法对 77例RA ,2 5例强直性脊柱炎 (AS)患者血清中sICAM - 1及 9例RA关节液中sICAM -1水平进行检测。结果 :所测静脉血清sICAM - 1浓度 ,RA组显著高于健康人组 ,RA活动期组显著高于健康人组及稳定期组 ,RA稳定期组与健康人组无显著差异 ,RA组与AS组无显著差异 ;RA患者静脉血清sICAM - 1浓度与病情活动指标有相关性 ;RA患者静脉血清sICAM - 1浓度与关节液sICAM - 1浓度无显著差异。结论 :sICAM - 1在RA发病中起重要作用 ,可用于监测RA活动 ,观察RA疗效 ,但sICAM - 1对RA诊断无特异性。

Objective: The aim of this study is to observe the changing disciplin of sICAM-1 in RA. Method: Our objectives included 77 rheumatoid arthritis(RA )patients (41 active cases and 36 stable ones) , 25 ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients and 16 healthy controls. We detected serum level of sICAM-1 by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), In addition, we measured synovial level of sICAM-1 of 9 RA patients. Result: The level of serum sICAM-1 of RA patients was higher than those in the health,active cases was higher than stable ones and there was no significantly difference between RA and AS .There was dependablity between sICAM-1 and RA active index. Conclusion: sICAM-1 played an important role in the pathogenesis of RA. sICAM-1 is a valuble new index to predicate RA active level and curative effect, but it is not a special marker for RA diagnose.
