摘要 目的 :探讨外周血细胞间可溶性粘附分子 - 1(sICAM - 1)及可溶性血管粘附分子 (sV CAM - 1)水平检测在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病中的价值。方法 :采用酶联免疫法 (ELISA)检测 5 0例Graves病 (GD)患者 ,35例桥本氏甲状腺炎 (HT)患者 ,30例单纯性甲状腺肿和 30例正常人血清中sICAM - 1、sVCAM - 1的含量。结果 :GD组和HT组患者血清中sICAM - 1、sVCAM - 1的水平均明显升高 ,与正常对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :ICAM - 1、sVCAM - 1水平与机体甲状腺功能状态及自身免疫状态密切相关。 Objective: To discuss the change and clinical significance of the serum levels of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in thyroid disease patients. Methods: The concentration of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in 50 patients with Graves’ disease, 35 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, 30 patients with Euthyroid nodular and 30 normal control subjects were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The concentration of sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 in autoimmune thyroid diseases (GD and HT) were significantly higher than those in normal group and Euthyroid nodular group (P<0.01). Conclusion: sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 can be used to examine and become the diagnosing parameters of autoimmune thyroid diseases.
