摘要
目的 :探讨清创术联合大扶康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的护理要点 ,并对其疗效进行观察。方法 :89例真菌性角膜溃疡的患者 ,行清创术联合 0 .5 %大扶康结膜下注谢以及系统的护理措施取的良好的疗效。结果 :84例 (84眼 )治愈 ,4例 (4眼 )无效 ,治愈率达到 95 .4 4%。结论 :真菌性角膜溃疡通过清创术联合大扶康治疗及系统的护理 ,可缩短病情 ,取得较好的疗效。
Objective: To study the main point of nursing care and observe the effection of debridement unite DIFLUCAN to treat mycotic corneal ulcer.Method: Eighty-nine patients of mycotic corneal ulcer to be treated by debridement unite diflucan. Result: Eighty-four patients (eighty-four eyes) were healing, four patients (Four eyes) were inefficieney. Healing rate was 95.44%. Conclusion: Debridement unite diflucan to treat mycotic corneal ulcer can shorten the state of illness and gain better effection.
