摘要
目的 :探讨新生儿窒息的抢救及护理。方法 :回顾性分析 10 8例新生儿窒息的原因 ,抢救及复苏后的护理。结果 :引起新生儿窒息因素多样 ,采用正确有效的复苏技术和全面细致的护理可提高窒息儿抢救的成功率 ,减少并发症、降低病死率。结论 :及时准确的抢救和重视复苏后的护理 ,对于挽救患儿生命 ,缩短和减轻患儿神经系统后遗症发病率 ,具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the emergency treatment and nursing of neonatal asphyxia. Method: Retrospectively reviewed the causes of 108 cases of neonatal asphyxia and the nursing after emergency treatment and resuscitation. Results: There are many kinds of causes of neonatal asphyxia, proper resuscitation technique and full nurse could increase the incidence of succeed of emergency treatment, reduce complications and perinatal morality. Conclusion: Promptly accurate emergency treatment and attach importance to the nursing after resuscitation are important means to save the patient, shorten and palliate the nervous system sequela incidence of the patients.
