尿道镜在急性闭合性尿道损伤治疗中的应用价值(附22例报告)

Usage of urethralscope in treating acute closed urethral injuries(Reprots of 22 cases)

目的 :探讨尿道镜在急性闭合性尿道损伤治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对因骑跨伤致闭合性尿道球部损伤患者 13例和骨盆骨折致后尿道损伤患者 9例 ,采用电视尿道镜下留置导尿管行尿道会师术。结果 :球部损伤患者 12例会师成功 ,1例进镜失败 ;后尿道损伤患者 5例会师成功 ,4例失败。随访 0 .5～ 5年 ,15例治愈 ,1例复发狭窄 ,1例失访。结论 :采用尿道镜下尿道会师术治疗前尿道损伤安全合理 ,创伤小 ,疗效好 ,应成为首选方法 ;治疗后尿道损伤则需慎重 ,应根据伤情试行腔镜治疗。

Obejective:To explore the value of urethralscope in treating acute closed urethral injuries.Methods:13 cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries and 9 cases of patients with postorior urethral injuries, all had an operation of urethral realignment after the catheter was placed with urethralscope.Results:Among the 13 cases of patients with bubourethral injuries, 12 cases succeeded after operation, and 1 case failed. Among the 9 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries, 5 cases succeeded after operation and 4 cases failed. During the coming 6 months or 5 years, 15 cases cured, and 1case relapsed.Conclusions:Urethral realignment with urethralscope is a safe and effective way to treat anterior urethral injuries. According to the state of illness, you may try it in treating posterior urethral injuries.
