从时间与空间角度控制板式球磨机强辐射噪声

摘要 研究了板式球磨机的发声机理,认为运动钢球的强烈撞击为其主要噪声源.谱峰能量在4kHz,A声级达103dB,是引起噪声性耳聋的重要因素.根据等能量理论,改进了操作流程,从而减少了噪声暴露时间,并提出近声场区防噪措施.结果表明,对声源采取合理的空间分布、隔离等措施后,可明显降低噪声. The sound generating mechanism of the plate ball mill is studied. The result show that the machine′s noise come mainly from the strong impact between the metallic balls, and the noise energy is mostly concentrated on the region around the frequency of 4 kHz, and the A sound level is as high as 103 dB, which may be an important factor in the noise induced hearing loss of workers. By improving the operating process and reducing the exposure time to the noise according to the equal-energy theory, taking steps to inhibit noise in the near sound field, and spatially distributing and isolation the sound source suitably, the equivalent sound level (L_(Aeq)) accepted daily by the workers has be reduced to 72 dB, and the environmental noise pollution level to 47 dB.
