金属离子胶束催化吡啶甲酸对硝基苯酚酯水解 被引量:1

CATALYZING HYDROLYSIS OF P-NITROPHENYL PICOLINATE METAL ION IN MICELLAR SOLUTION

摘要 在pH7.00,25℃用紫外分光光度法研究了不同胶束溶液(阳离子、阴离子、非离子胶束)中不同金属离子催化PNPP的水解,模拟胶束催化的模型剖析了其动力学。结果表明与水溶液中金属离子催化相比,阳离子胶束禁阻金属离子催化PNPP的水解,阴离子胶束加速金属离子催化PNPP的水解,非离子胶束对金属离子催化PNPP的水解没有明显的影响。而且金属离子的电荷越高,其效应越明显。表明在胶束溶液中金属离子催化PNPP的水解的主要原因是由于静电相互作用。 Different metal ions in different micellar solution(cationic, anionic, nonionic micelle) are able to catalyze hydrolysis of PNPP. This was investigated spectrophotometrically at pH 7.00, 25℃ in this paper. The kinetics dissection was carried out by analog to model of micellar catalysis. The results showed that compared with metal ions in aqueous solution, cationic micelles inhibit metal ion from catalyzing hydrolysis of PNPP, anionic micelles accelerate metal ion catalyzing hydrolysis of PNPP and nonionic micelles show no appreciable effect on metal ion catalyzed hydrolysis of PNPP, and even the higher the electron charge of metal ions, the greater these effects are, indicating that the electrostatic interaction is the major reason for metal ion catalyzing hydrolysis of PNPP in micellar solution.
