摘要
用HPLC研究了吐温80/柠檬酸钠 水液 固体系萃取2,4 二氯酚,2,4,6 三氯酚和五氯酚在不同比例流动相下各物质的洗脱时间,并对上述现象进行了合理解释。讨论了被萃入吐温80固相中包括苯酚、邻氯酚、邻硝基酚、2,4 二氯酚、2,4,6 三氯酚和五氯酚在内的六种酚的流动相及波长选择的原因。
The washed times of 2,4-dichlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, pentachlorophenol extracted into the tween80 solid phase by tween 80 / sodium citrate-water liquid-solid extraction system were studied under different proportional fluid phase by HPLC , and rational causes were given to the above-mentioned phenomena. The optioned reasons of the fluid phase and the wavelength for phenol, o-nitrophenol, o-chlorophenol, (2.4-dichlorophenol,)2,4,6-trichlorophenol, pentachlorophenolextracted into the tween80 solid phase were discussed.
