美国"新欧洲"战略是冷战后美国对欧战略调整的产物,是美国全球战略的一部分。其目的是企图控制中、东欧等"新欧洲"地区,压制法、德为首的"老欧洲"力量,最终分裂欧洲、削弱欧洲的整体力量,确保美国一超独霸的地位,实现美国称霸全球的计划。

American strategy of 'New Europe' is the product of American adjustment to European strategy after cold war. It is a part of American globe strategy. The real purpose is to attempt to control the Mid-Europe and the East-Europe such as 'New Europe' regions and to suppress the force of 'Old Europe' led by France and Germany. It aims to split Europe and weaken the entire force of Europe in order to ensure American position of monopolization and to realize theplan of American world domination.
