摘要
阐述了当前图书馆管理中存在的问题,说明引入全面质量管理理论的意义,对图书馆实施全面质量管理新模式作了初步的探讨。
Some problems are analyzed of present library management, the significance of the theory of quality management is expounded,and some measures are proposed along with an ideal management model.
