摘要
采用了ИЛУ-6М2型电子加速器产生的电子束对赤拟谷盗Triboliumcastaneum(Herbst)成虫、卵、幼虫和蛹进行了辐照效应试验.结果表明,赤拟谷盗不同发育阶段对电子束辐照的敏感度不同,卵最为敏感,高于210Gy的辐照的卵不能孵化.305Gy以上的剂量可以完全阻止赤拟谷盗的幼虫发育为成虫;高于305Gy辐照的蛹虽然能羽化为成虫,但羽化后的成虫不能正常存活;518Gy以上的剂量辐照的成虫在4周后100%死亡.518Gy辐照剂量可以作为辐照防治赤拟谷盗的有效剂量.
Irradiation effects of electronic beam generated by ИЛУ-6М2 electron accelerator on adult, egg, larvae, and pupae of Tribolium castaneum (Herbst) were studied. The results showed that their survival ability was interfered oberviously by irradiation. Egg irradiated by over 210 Gy can't hatch; 305 Gy can prevent development from its larvae to adult; mortality of adult from pupae irradiated by above 305 Gy was 100%; Adult irradiated by above 518 Gy were completely dead in 4 weeks. 518 Gy was the effective dosage of electronic beam for the control on the development of all stages of red flour beetle.
