摘要 介绍了拱板仓气密工程技术改造时密封材料的选择、施工工艺及方法,测试了改造后仓房的气密性能,压力半衰期空仓达到了8min以上,实仓达到4min以上,用0.48g/m3磷化铝环流熏蒸储粮试验,有效浓度保持43d,害虫死亡率达100%,是使用其他气密材料造价的1/3,为拱板仓气密技术处理开辟了新途径. The choice of airproof material,construction technique and approach were introduced in the research.(Afterreconstruction,)the air-tightness capability of arch plate depot was modified.Empty depot reached above 8 min and solid depot 4 min.With the method of circulation fumigating storage grain in 0.48g/m^3 AlP,the effective concentration could maintain 43 days and the rate of pest death was 100%.The cost of these material was only 1/3 as much as others.The new way of air-tightness technique about arch plate depository was developed.
