摘要
在广泛调查的基础上,对辽宁省健美操指导员综合素质情况进行分析,为培养健美操专项人才的学校在教学模式上提供决策参考。同时,也为推进健身操在群众体育中的发展,缩小同其他发达地区的差距提供理论依据。
Based on the broad investigation, the paper analyzed the aerobics dancing instructor's aptitude in Liaoning Province so as to provide some reference for the physical education, push forward the development of aerobics dancing in the mass and reduce the gap between developed district and Liaoning province.
