High study quality is the basic requirement in a study society.Fostering strategic learners is the responsibilities of every teacher.The effective way to solve this problem is to improve the level of students' learning strategy.The conception and the structure of learning strategy are introduced and the methods of learning strategy teaching in our country are discussed in this article.
