新形势下高校发展成人教育的几点思考

目前高校成人教育发展过程中存在着办学指导思想相对滞后,对发展成人教育的认识有偏差,办学模式较为单一,专业设置过时,管理体制不尽合理等问题。结合当前经济和社会的发展趋势,对成人教育的发展提出了转变教育观念、强化社会需求意识、确立大教育思想、建立新的培养目标和人才培养模式、借鉴国外先进的教育经验、加强国际间的交流与合作等几点建议。

Adult education in regular colleges and universities has out-of date guiding principles, sylla- bus, programs and stagnant managerial systems while the economic and social development requires its faster growth. Updated concepts for modern adult education, awareness of social demands, a broader perspective of education, improved goals and modes for talents and professionals and advanced experience overseas through more international exchanges and cooperation are helpful for better adult education.
