摘要
我国企业信用缺失问题,与信息不对称、产权不清晰、法制不完善、政府行为不规范、企业内部信用管理不力等因素有关,它已经成为制约我国企业竞争力的一个重要因素。面对中国企业经营中存在的种种缺信、失信问题,当务之急是采取有效措施,重构企业信用。
The problem of lack of Chinese enterprise credit has something to do with a series of factors,for example,information is not symmetry,property is not distinct,legal system is not perfect,government behaviours are not standard,enterprise credit management is not strong,which has been an important factor that restricts the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Facing kinds of problems of credit lack, we should take emergent efficacious measures to rebuild enterprise credit.
