The thinking activity is intimately in contact with edition process,the editing process of academic journal needs innovation thinking,which is important in the whole process,here analyzing the character and the application of the innovation thinking activity,pointing out erecting the innovation ideas,correct development conception,well adapting to the society,and well innovated system are the vital ways of innovating academic journal,the journal editors should improve innovation ability and broaden the view of thinking,which has directing meaning for creative editing process.
