摘要 干部职工“三龄一历”是人事信息管理的基础,也是组织人事部门决策的重要参考依据。“三龄一历”的认定是一项非常严肃认真,且政策性很强的工作。它直接关系到每个人的切身利益,也关系到人事管理工作的质量和效率。针对近些年来人事档案中出现“三龄一历”与实际情况及历史记载不符的现象,作者提出了一些具体的认定方法,做到既对个人负责,又努力杜绝人事档案中的“失真”现象,维护人事档案的真实性和严肃性。 Employees'“ three dates and one certificate (date of birth,date of joining Chinese Communist Party,date of first employment,and certificate of highest education degree)” are the basis of human resource information management as well as important references for further decision- making processes.Verification of the“ three dates and one certificate” by the human resource department is a very serious work which requires great care and strict methods of relative policies.It influences directly on each employee's individual interest,and also has effect on the quality and efficiency of the human resource management work. But recently for some employees,the records of the“ three dates and one certificate” are not consistent with fact or historical ones,for such problems,the author proposes some detailed verification methods to distinguish the true ones. These methods not only aim to safeguard individual employee's personal interest, but also try to eliminate the“ alias” problems in the personnel files and keep the seriousness and correctness of these files.
