摘要
研究了几种复合化学镀层的工艺,初步确定四种镀层的施镀条件。测量了镀层的厚度、硬度和耐腐蚀性等,并与镍磷镀层进行了比较。
Several technologies for electroless composite plating are studied in, this paper the conditions for four electroless plating are measured; the thickness and hardness and corrosion resistance of the platings are determined and the comparisons are made with Ni-platines.
