摘要 用Ar^-离子束溅时沉积制膜与高能Xe^-离子轰击相结合的离子束动态混合技术,直接在轴承钢GCr15基体上制备出富Ta微合金。经TEM、XPS、AES与EDAX分析确定在特定工艺条件下可获得一定组分的非晶态合金膜。分别在H_2SO_4、NaCl和FeCls_3溶液中检验膜的抗均匀腐蚀与抗局部腐蚀的能力,证明所形成的非晶态微合金具有优良的抗腐蚀性。 Ta-rich microalloys have been prepared directly on G Cr15 steel substrates by means of dynamic ion-beam mixing technique, combining Ar^+ ion sputtering with Xe^- ion bombarding simutaneously. Analysis of TEM. XPS. AES and EDAX shows that an amorphous alloying film of a given composition can be formed under specific technique conditions. And the determinations of the ability to resist uniform and local corrosion of such films in H_2S_4. Nacl and Fecl_3 solutions respectively have shown that the amorphous micro-alloy films formed by this technique have superior corrosion resistance.
