摘要
对Ni-Co-SiC复合电刷镀的工艺和镀液组成进行论述,并分析了影响SiC共析量的各种因素。测定了镀层的结合强度、显微硬度和耐磨能力。同时列举了Ni-Co-SiC复合电刷镀技术应用于活塞环上,提高其使用寿命的实例。
This paper expounds the technology and the bath constituents of the composite brush plating of Ni-CoSiC, analyses the various factors effecting the eutecloid amounts, determines the adhesive strength, the microhardness and wearing resistance of the platings and at the same time sites some examples for the application of this technique to the piston ring to enhance its service life.
