群众利益观是无产阶级政党的基本观点,也是一个政党不断发展壮大的动力和源泉。能否始终做到代表最广大群众的利益,事关党的兴衰成败;执政党要巩固执政地位,更好地维护群众利益,就必须接受群众监督;群众监督是保证权力正确运行的必要手段之一,其目的在于促使执政党用好权、掌好权,充分体现广大群众的意志,从而成为真正意义上的群众利益的忠实代表。

The standpoint of masss' interests is not only one of the proletarian Party's basic viewpoints, but also the motive force and source of a Party's uninterrupted developing and strengthening. It is essential for the Party's rise and decline to represent the masses' interests all along or not. The ruling Party must accept surveillance by the masses if they want to consolidate their leading position and defend the masses' interests better. The masss' supervision is one of the indispensable means for guaranteeing power movement correctly. It aims to supervise and urge the ruling Party to apply power and administer power better, which embodies the masses' will abundantly and makes the ruling party become the faithful representative of the masses' interests actually.
