国际金融全球化内在地要求国际金融监管制度的不断完善。20世纪90年代以来的国际金融危机,暴露出国际金融监管体系存在许多缺陷。因此,必须改革国际金融体系,建立和完善国际金融监管制度,以适应国际金融全球化带来的新挑战。

International Finance Globalization has inevitably made a requestion for the perfection of the international finance supervision law system.Looking back on the international finance crises in the 90's of the 20th century,there are many flaws in the international finance supervision system.Therefore,the reform of international finance system can only be achieved through the establishment and perfection of the international finance supervision system to adapt to the new challenge of the international finance globalization.
