Operative coorperation during cholecystectomy beteeen nurses and doctors with remote surgical robot

目的 探讨遥控外科机器人胆囊切除术的手术配合。方法 对8例遥控宙斯(Zeus)外科机器人胆囊切除术的手术配合进行总结。结果 顺利完成8例遥控ZUES机器人胆囊切除术的手术配合。随着手术配合经验的积累,术前准备时间由90min缩短为30min,手术时间由120min显著缩短到30min。结论 21世纪的手术室护士在掌握传统的专科知识的基础上还需要充分了解和掌握现代医学的边缘知识,并经过规范的培训和使用才能配合医生充分发挥手术机器人的作用。

Objective:to explore the coorperation between nurses and doctors during cholecystectomy with re- mote surgical robot and its superiority. Method: Total 8 cases were undertaken the cholecystectomy with remote surgical robot. The preoperative preparation times and the operative times were abserved and recorded. The conditions of operative coorperation during cholecystectomy were observed also. Re- sults:all periods of the coorperation with robot during cholecystectomy between nurses and doctors were smooth and proper. With the accumulation of experience,the pre-operative preparation time was short- ened from 90 min to 30 min and preparation time from 120 min to 30 min. Conclusions: If the operation nurses in 21st centrury want to make full use of the surgical robot,they will be full aware of even mas- ter modern medical brink knowledges besides the traditional basic professional knowledge and also re- cieve standard training. In short,this technique is advanced safe,effective and usefull.
