摘要
随着我国社会的不断发展,当今时代客观上要求图书馆法的出台。文章围绕图书馆法这一问题,讨论了图书馆法的概念、立法原则、内容,并提出了一些设想。
With the development of society,it is the time that the library laws should be issued in China.The article discusses the conception,the legislative principles and the substance of the library law ,and finally gives some ideas about it.
