恒槽压法电镀锌探讨

摘要 对文献论述的恒槽压法镀锌原理的错误概念,进行了讨论。指出恒槽压镀锌时,并不是由阳极电位控制阴极电位。且因锌阳极极化曲线斜率,并非很平坦,当电流变化时,_阳电位变化已不可忽略。此时是根据阴阳极极化值互相抑制原理,通过恒定 E 槽压值,达到控制_阴电位的。文中给出了 E_(槽压)=_阳-_阴+I_总·r 互相抑制原理的动力学极化方程式。同时还讨论了现场应用,设计时会碰到的有关问题。 The mistake concept of the principle of the electroplating of Zn with constant cell voltage was discussed.It was pointed out that the cathode potential was not controlled by the anode po- tential during the Zn—plating with constant cell voltage.And because the polarization curve of Zn anode was a slope one instead of a smooth curve,when the current changed,the anode poten- tial change couId never be negligible.At this time,the cathode potential was controlled by the constant cell voltage,according to the mutual—restraining principle of the anode—cathode polar- ization.
