摘要
归因理论是人们对自己和他人行为的原因进行推测的理论。对该理论的研究 ,有助于解决人们的行为动机 。
Studies on attribution theory can help explain people's behavioral motivation and therefore provide guidance to their behavior. This paper puts forward several approaches for teachers to correctly guide their students' behavior by the application of B. Weiner's attribution theory.
