Cultivation of College Students′ Innovative Ability

2 1世纪是创新的世纪 ,创新的世纪需要创新人才 ,高校作为人才培养的重要基地 ,应从培养学生的创新意识、营造创新环境、培养学生的自学能力和科研能力、培养学生的竞争与合作精神、改革教学方式和方法、改变目前的考试方法等方面 ,注重大学生创新能力的培养。

st century is an innovative century which needs innovation talents .Colleges and universities,as the important base to cultivate talents,should lay stress on the following aspects to cultivate college students’ innovative ability: cultivating students’ innovative consciousness,building innovative environment,fostering students’self-educated ability and science researching ability,cultivating students’competitive and cooperative spirits,improving teaching methods and presenting examination methods.
